estimate validation engineer. The person will have
to learn Cleint's Estimating-Made-Simple methodology, so there will be
some training at first. After that the job duties will consists of
validating all estimates >50M but <$10MM. In addition, if the person
can generated project schedules as well, it will be a bonus and we
probably will be willing to pay a little more for a person who can do
both, estimates and schedules. The ideal person will be someone with
some refinery construction background, so he will know what's going on
in the field and will have a feel for estimates/construction.
