Opportunity

 

GCS has an opening for an experienced project manager for an existing office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  The project manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.  The project manager develops a work plan and staffing plan for each phase of the project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.  The project manager directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and meets all client and company objectives.  The project manager is responsible for the preparation of project reports for management and client. 

 

Qualified candidates will have:

 

? A bachelor?s degree - business or engineering preferred

? Seven to ten years of management experience.  This experience must include the management of field technicians

? Excellent oral and written communication skills

? Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and leadership skills

? Excellent computer skills

? Ability to build relationships, show initiative and be self-motivated
