Gas Forecast/Dispatch Supervisor

Our subsidiary, Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPSC) is seeking candidates to fill a Gas Forecast/Dispatcher Supervisor position at our offices in Green Bay, WI.  In this position, you will have primary responsibility for daily gas control functions for all of WPSR's regulated gas companies. You will create, maintain and employ daily gas load forecasting models to predict daily gas requirements of system supply and transportation customers; purchase natural gas supplies to meet system requirements; and market unused pipeline capacities and/or gas supplies whenever available to obtain highest cost recovery for customers.

 

The successful candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar curriculum.  Experience must include 3 plus years in gas supply procurement, sales activities and operations; developing and implementing 3rd party contractual agreements or related professional purchasing agent functions; and financial analysis and/or financial modeling.  The successful candidates will possess outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
