I&C Maintenance Supervisor (Nuclear)

Our nuclear plant in Turkey Point, Florida, is a two-unit 1,386-megawatt plant and a pressurized water reactor located 25 miles south of Miami. Turkey Point has consistently maintained the highest safety and operational performance based upon the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's safety indicators as well as the World Association of Nuclear Operators' overall performance index.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise, assign and coordinate the I&C Maintenance Department activities to ensure a productive workforce
* Supervise craft personnel to ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers
* Administer coaching, mentoring and performance management
* Effectively and promptly communicate significant plant and personnel issues to Management

Qualifications:
* 6+ years experience in a large operating facility such as nuclear generating units or fossil generating units, with a knowledge of the basic steam and electrical cycle in a large generating facility (6 years of Naval Nuclear Propulsion may be substituted.)
* Knowledgeable of applicable codes and standards for Instrumentation and Controls
* Excellent leadership abilities, along with high standards and results driven
* High technical aptitude
