Title: Land Administration Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

Company is looking to add a well organized, detail oriented, and adaptable Land Administration Analyst, with broad knowledge of the upstream side of the oil and gas industry. The company assets involved in this position include domestic and international leases, licenses, and various contracts that call for payments, obligations, and working with business partners, vendors, and customers.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

? Analyze data in setting up new lease/contract obligations and information to be setup/changed in Tobin Land Suite system
? Good verbal and written communication skills in interacting with lease/contract owners, brokers, vendors, and other companies.
? Provide assistance as needed in answering questions from owners, vendors, customers pertaining to payments, invoices, and balances
for lease and royalty related issues.
? Gathers and maintains data for Request Management database, and Accountability Model metrics database and update as needed.
? Prepares checkwrite for leases according to Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
? Prepare/monitor/send/receive payments on a frequent basis related to lease/contract obligations.
? Monitors the calendar of rental payments and lease/contract obligations and interfaces with Business Unit landmen to determine appropriate course of action.
? Prepares/files/images all related documents to the core business of payments/invoices for lease/license/contract assets.
? Prepares/maintains a wide range of Business Associate codes in
multiple systems.
? Prepares reports as needed from multiple systems.
? Central point of processing returned or bad checks and check queries in Tobin Land Suite system.
? Provide regular notifications to various distributions regarding check
writing activity, property master information updates, etc.

EXPERIENCE:

? A minimum of 2-4 years of oil and gas experience, preferably in E&P Land Administration.
? Experience with a broad range of computer systems and applications.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
? Associate?s Degree or Bachelor?s Degree is a plus
