Marketing Program Manager

Accent Energy, one of the nation's fastest growing energy marketers, located in Dublin, Ohio, is looking for an individual to fill the new position of Marketing Program Manager.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing programs designed specifically to generate sales leads for targeted audiences, sales channels and markets. Responsible for content control and audit marketing communications to ensure all communications pieces are consistent with branding, messaging and accurate with the most up-to-date information. Manages the network marketing portion of the Company's Rewards Program to include tactical implementation of the marketing plan and the communications plan.Work with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service management to: 1) ensure the network marketing program meets stated performance goals; and 2) coordinate and implement all sales promotions for various sales channels and other marketing/sales campaigns. Position impacts marketing ROI, sales conversion and customer retention metrics through successful implementation of marketing programs.

 

Position requires Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline. Need 6+ years experience in marketing with minimum of 3 years  exposure to sales. Experience in both business to business and business to consumer marketing a plus. Graphic layout, copy writing and project management training a plus.  Experience in business environment with customer churn/subscription based a plus. Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications.

 

Also, individual will need to be self-starter, work in fast-paced work environment, superior oral/written communications skills, work effectively cross-functionally, meet deadlines, and possess problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
