In executing these projects, our people embrace integrity, excellence, teamwork and accountability - the values that connect us across the globe.Operations and maintenance technician for the Gardner water treatment facility will perform all tasks that are required to operate and maintain the facility to Earth Tech standards and to make safe drinking water. This position will be part of an Earth Tech team providing O&M services to the city of Gardner, MA. This position will also assist with the O&M services of the Crystal Lake Water treatment facility and possibly other locations as needed under the direction of the Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for creating Standard Operating Procedures, Safe Work Plans, Laboratory Analysis QA/QC and other important documentation. This requires tasks such as but not limited to lawn mowing, grounds keeping, snow shoveling, repair of various equipment, sample gathering, water quality analysis, record keeping and report generating as well as use of ladders, stairs and various chemicals. A strong emphasis on safety is required.

Requirements:

Industrial mechanical skills, computer, SCADA & PLC experience, Class B CDL and hoisting license preferred and operational experience of water treatment facilities with either green-sand or ultra filtration.
