Petroleum and Environmental Division Manager, Denver Office (5347)

Description

Provide geological and/or geophysical expertise and support, and supervise and coordinate with team members to manage exploration, evaluation, development and exploitation consulting projects. Responsible for conducting integrated field studies and leading multi-disciplinary project teams. In charge of developing oil and gas consulting services business and supporting new business development by leading the capture for major proposals. Responsible for quantity and quality of work performed. Manage personnel activities of staff. Work closely with key business clients to manage project scope and expectations. Responsible for project management activities including project planning, resource planning, cost control, schedule control and cost estimation.

 Required Skills

? Proven geological or geophysical expertise in domestic and international petroleum exploration and development.
? Familiar with using geological, geophysical, petrophysical and engineering data.
? Good customer relations, communication, leadership, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
? Project management skills required include tracking of the progress across several task areas, and bridging the gap between a multi-disciplined area project team.
? Ability to manage and work within a team of primarily geoscientists and reservoir engineers.
? Must have good technical writing and oral presentation skills.
? Experience in Landmark products preferred.
? B.Sc. degree (or higher) in Geology or Geophysics.
? Minimum 10 years of upstream related oil industry experience.
? Ability to obtain a clearance
