Project Controls Engineer

The Denver office of Harris Group Inc. has an opportunity for a Project Controls Engineer with relevant experience in project controls for engineering of industrial projects.  The work will be primarily related to engineering activities and their incorporation into overall project costs and schedules.  Responsibilities will include:

? Development and monitoring of project schedules

? Development and coordination of Progress and Cost Reports (PCR?s) utilizing earned-value techniques.

? Assist project managers with the development, issuance and tracking of change orders.

? Development of project capital cost estimates

 

A bacholor?s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.  The successful candidate will have knowledge of commonly used engineering and construction concepts, practices and procedures.  Demonstrated communication skills and working knowledge of Primavera P3, Access, Excel and Word are required.
