Propane Sales & Service Manager

Southeast USA based Energy Services company has ASAP need for experienced Propane Sales & Service Manager. Will drive efforts to increase residential market share in rapidly growing urban areas.  Services for the 19,000+ customers include primarily residential new sales, installations and maintenance.  We seek an individual with strong character, integrity, and good organizational skills to lead a staff of 3 Supervisors and up 6 drivers to higher levels of performance.

 

Responsibilities:

? P&L performance involving gas and merchandising operations

? Day-to-day management of the large volume of business

? Ensuring quality customer service at all points along the service cycle - administrative office, show room and field services

 

Requirements:

? 5+ years of progressive operations, marketing and customer service management in the propane industry

? Additional 5+ years supervisory experience.

? Working knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) regulations

? Minimum of an Associates Degree in management, marketing or related field

? LP Gas Master Qualifier designation

? Pipeline System Operator License

? Current Commercial Driver?s License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement
