Recruiter - Staffing/Technical/Recruiter 40-52 K/yr

Think Resources is currently hiring several recruiters to work in our Norcross office. We place Engineering and Medical IT professionals. We are seeking people that are excellent communicators with a stable work history, minimum 3+years stable employment with previous positions. We will consider individuals with various types of backgrounds, degreed with or without recruiting experience, engineers of all disciplines with or without recruiting experience, and non degreed individuals with recruiting experience either technical or military. All qualified candidates must have excellent PC, communication (both written and verbal) skills.

This position will entail heavy phone time calling potential candidates, resume reviews, preparation of submittals to clients, client interaction for feedback, interview scheduling, feedback follow-up, checking references, etc. The right person for this job will be honest, stable, professional, hard working, extremely well organized and have professional written and verbal skills.

We offer a base salary of $40k along with eligibility for an attractive bonus program with earning potential in the first year up to 52k. Second year up to 65k. The work schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm with 2 weekly meetings, Tues and Thurs starting at 7:30am. One Sat in every 5 Saturdays you must work 9am to 2pm.
