Job Description

 

Primary responsibility will be development and set up of detail project work breakdown structures within the P3e scheduling software. Perform independent verification and validation of schedule information. Analyzing, integrating, trending and forecasting cost and schedule information of multiple projects. Candidate will support integration of project schedules across multiple groups / Sub contractors and partners participating in delivering the scope of the project. Candidate will perform weekly reviews with project personnel and keep management informed of progress and areas that need attention.

 

Candidate will ensure project requirements are defined and met per Project Management procedures, tools and processes. Candidate will be supporting project reporting and trending to include cost and schedule variances, earned value and critical path analyses.

 

Specific Required Qualifications 

 

Proven track record providing schedule coordination on complex project in a operating nuclear power plant environment.

Proficient with P3e scheduling software

Nuclear Background

Very PC and software savvy, ability to quickly learn and apply software to business processes.

Effective communication skills required in a project environment

Proven track record of correspondence management practices, establishing and developing correspondence systems for internal and external stakeholders

Experience in project accounting practices and financial systems.

Ability to work in a diversified project environment

Works as a team player with focus on the team and project success

Demonstrates critical thinking and questioning attitude.

 

This is a contract to permanent position. Compensation is negotiable plus per diem
