Senior Benefits Administrator – Executive Plans

Responsibilities:?

Perform SEC, payroll and tax research as it relates to employee benefit plans and stock compensation

Prepare annual proxy information

Prepare tally sheets as needed

Administer new grants and benefit payments for numerous nonqualified benefit plans

Administer executive programs including financial planning and stock ownership guidelines

Lead and/or support special projects, which would include all aspects of project management:? for example, scheduling, resource determination, implementation, etc.

Coordinate and prepare support for internal and external customers, as well as, related ad hoc requests for information

Maintain information provided on HR account statements

Perform periodic audits to verify data integrity

Review and test executive benefits computer databases and applications for completeness, accuracy and clarity.

Must demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company?s Ethics and Compliance Code, and other Company policies and procedures, and take all required training courses.

Must demonstrate respect for all individuals and adhere to the Company?s values and business practices.

Education:

A four (4) year college degree from an accredited college or university

Bachelor of Science or Business Administration degree in Accounting, Finance or

Business preferred

MBA, CEBS or other professional related license or certification is an additional preference

Experience:

Minimum of five years full-time employee benefit administration

Working knowledge of the basics of payroll a plus

Proficient in most recent versions of Excel and Word

Experience with database management tools a plus

Experience on SAP a plus
