Qualifications You Should Have:

 BS in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Computer EngineeringAbility to program proficiently using Microsoft Visual Basic and C#Minimum of 2 years software developmentFamiliarity with the Power Generation or Process IndustriesMicrosoft Developer Certification a Plus10-15% travel may be necessary in this position

 

Desired Skills/Experience

 Ability to work in a team environmentAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyComputer Modeling SkillsFamiliarity with Linear and Non-linear Optimization TechniquesDevelopment experience using an industrial data historian such as OSISoft?s PIDatabase programming with SQL Sever 2000 or 2005.NET Remoting and Web Services Experience
