Communication systems engineer or signal processing engineer to perform design, analysis, simulation, and delivery support of spaceborne payloads. Activities will include: requirements definition and allocation, performance analysis and simulation; system model and simulation tool development, and systems engineering support to hardware design, manufacturing, integration and test.

Academic and work experience should include exposure to several of the following: communication systems, RF and digital hardware design, baseband and digital signal processing, waveform design, signal detection and estimation, and synchronization theory. Knowledge of AEHF payload and system. Attention to detail strong and strong communication skills are critical. MS degree in Electrical Engineering required, preferably in communications theory or DSP. No work experience necessary. U.S. Citizenship is required.
