Account Sales Engineer

Drive key design wins for CAT accounts in Denver, Salt Lake, and Boise. Work closely and direct design activity with regional FAE and BU marketing/technical support. Develop sound business plans for accounts and new product opportunities. Penetrate key customer personnel in both procurement and design. Work closely with ON?s global fulfillment teams to ensure smooth transition and capture rate for all existing and new business. Aggressively maintain PC warboard and accurate forecasting. Lead, develop and drive periodic negotiations. Effective utilization of the company?s factory resources including sales and BU management. Evangelize the Customer and the Account strategies within the global account team, to the company?s sales management, marketing, BU?s, and other regions at least twice/year. Intimate knowledge of the Customer?s marketplace and what Customer must execute on to be successful. Understand the Customer?s culture, unique requirements, and decision process for design and buying. Understand how we create competitive value for the key players in the Customer organization. Understand the Customer?s perception of the value that the company delivers and our best opportunities to increase that value. Become the customer advocate to the company and the company advocate to Customer.

Lead and drive ON?s distribution program for Denver and Salt Lake including QPS process, technical training, accountability, and coordination of corporate activity with GAM?s. Ensure efficient use of ON?s tools
