Agile Subject Matter Expert

SUMMARY OVERVIEW Manage day-to-day creation and implementation of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs), within Agile and ERP systems. Modify part records, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Approved Manufacturing List (AML) information and electronically distribute documentation to applicable recipients. Review and verify BOM structures and drawings for accuracy. Data entry of part record files in Agile. Create part and document records based on engineering requests. Import and update Agile part information. Assist with documenting processes and procedures. Assist in coordination of prototype and pilot build issue deviations as requested. Review Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) submitted in Agile and create ECO or MCO for proposed change. Analyze MCO and ECO changes for accuracy and completeness. Review and verify build structure of BOMs, review drawings and attach files in Agile. Analyze ECO activity for impact of other possible outstanding changes and coordinate those ECO releases. Conduct BOM and AML reviews with applicable functional groups as needed to verify structure and AML information. Track all documentation for new products and monitor ECO process for sustaining products. Process all changes by using a Product Creation Process with lifecycles of Key Component Release, New Product Introduction Release and Production releases.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Responsible for the creation and implementation of ECO packages for Research and Development, Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers.
? Interface with Research & Development and Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers to put together ECO packages for New Product Releases, Product Improvements and Rework Instructions.
? Route ECOs through Agile and ensure that information is provided and approvals are expedited.
? Provide support for the plant for all Agile system tools and related issues.
? Identify opportunities for enhancements.
? Provide training for the appropriate personnel in terms of new hires, new functionality, and upgrades.
? Work with the Agile core team to schedule ongoing training and workshops as to new or available functionality.
? Assist in the testing, validation, and rollout processes for new functionality, to include appropriate personnel training.
? Define and/or document Agile processes, policies and work instructions.
? Define and conduct fundamental training for Jabil Technology Services.
? Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
? Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.




JOB REQUIREMENTS


Associate?s degree preferred, two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
