Qimonda's Development Center in Cary, North Carolina, is looking for outstanding, talented, Analog Circuit Design engineers to keep us at the forefront of technology and invite applications from qualified professionals.


DESCRIPTION:

Circuit design of deep submicron analog circuits for leading edge DRAMs. Typical circuit blocks would include clock generation circuitry, I/O circuitry, and voltage references / generators. 
The position will encompass working as a team member to design commodity and specialty DRAM products.
Works in close cooperation with other international development centers within the company.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

 Knowledge of CMOS design and simulation is required. 
Candidate should have experience with Cadence, HSPICE, and Nanosim. 
Working knowledge of full custom layout is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.



QUALIFICATIONS: 

Engineer 1: MSEE or BSEE with no industry experience
Engineer 2: MSEE + 1 year experience or BSEE + 6 years experience
Senior Engineer:  MSEE + 2 years experience or BSEE + 7 years experience
Staff Engineer:  MSEE + 5 years experience or BSEE + 10 years experience





Education: Bachelors (or equivalent work experience)
Job Level: 2-4 years
