Cadence Design Systems? Engineering Services Group delivers leading-edge analog and mixed-signal ICs for a wide range of consumer products.? We specialize in proprietary RFIC development and a wide range of custom analog IC design solutions.? Our target market areas include Wireless RF; Consumer Electronics; and Wired Communication.? Our designs are fabricated in low geometry CMOS; BiCMOS SiGe foundries worldwide.? We focus exclusively on design, allowing us to continually evolve a world class methodology based on an extensive silicon results experience base.?

Cadence Engineering Services Group has an immediate need for at least 5 Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Engineers and Analog IC Layout Designers in Cary, North Carolina and Columbia, Maryland.

Key Open Positions:

????? Analog IC Layout Designer

o?????? Solid experience in full custom analog IC layout

o?????? Capability of driving the top level layout floorplanning and implementation

o?????? Experience in Analog Physical Verification

o?????? Desire working knowledge of Cadence tools

o?????? 2-3 yrs relevant experience

????? RF IC Design Engineer

o?????? Design/development of custom RFIC solutions

o?????? Design capabilities from Architecture to Final Verification

o?????? Experience in CMOS and/or SiGe technologies

o?????? Excellent communication and team skills

o?????? Relevant degree with 8+ yrs industry experience

????? Analog IC Design Engineer

o?????? Design/development of custom Analog IC solutions

o?????? Fundamental understanding of analog design concepts

o?????? Experience in CMOS and/or SiGe technologies

o?????? Excellent communication and team skills

o?????? Cadence tool experience a plus

o?????? Relevant degree with analog IC design focus

o?????? Seeking Experience levels from 10+ years to qualified entry level candidates
