Job Opportunity: Applications Engineer, Intermediate


This position requires 5-7 years direct hands on design experience using TIA amplifiers in Optical sensors/detectors applications.


Excellent written communication is a must. This person will be responsible for the development of applications circuits for National Semiconductor's Operational Amplifiers and helping with customers integrating it into their application, development of evaluation and reference design boards, technical product support, customer visits to help design in National Semiconductor products, and technical writing (external publications, datasheets, and application notes). Must understand Transe Impedance Amplifiers application in Photo detectors and scanners applications.


Requirements:


BSEE or equivalent degree. 5-7 years of direct experience with Photo detection circuits is required. Some management and/or project coordination experience is desirable.
