Excellent opportunity to join our team in Bothell, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for gaining in-depth engineering-level knowledge of products. Will be responsible for guaranteeing products are implemented correctly and for reviewing and creating technical documentation. Will also provide pre-sales and post-sales support for assigned Emulex products. Requires travel up to 25% including occasional international travel.

Requires BSEE or Software Engineering degree (or equivalent) with direct experience in implementing software/firmware in embedded applications. 7 or more years of engineering level product support experience desired. Networking and/or Storage Networking hardware and software experience needed. Knowledge of C and C++ necessary. Must demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and have excellent communications and presentation skills. Must be detail oriented. High speed hardware design experience and RF design experience a plus. Working knowledge of company products, troubleshooting and problem resolution methodologies desirable.
