RGA Environmental, Inc., an Industrial Hygiene and Hazardous Materials Consulting Engineering firm with headquartered in the SF Bay Area has an immediate full-time, permanent opening for a Sr. Industrial Hygienist. In business for over twenty years, RGA is a growing company with growth and promotional opportunities.
Our goal is to provide excellent service to our clients while continuing to grow and develop our employees. We have a fully developed career path of IH?s with the ultimate goal of helping our employees achieve certification as a Safety Professional or Industrial Hygienist.
The position?s responsibilities include conducting building inspections and construction management for asbestos and lead projects; indoor air quality investigations; water intrusion/mold investigations; safety inspections; loss control inspections; safety training and Phase I environmental site assessments. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and analytical skills and must have the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of clients, contractors and co-workers. Excellent writing/editorial and computer skills are required. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and manage small projects independently.
Candidate should have a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in the industrial hygiene/environmental consulting field and must possess current certifications for AHERA Building Inspector and Contractor Supervisor courses. AutoCAD experience is a plus.
