Assistant Director of Operations & Facilities

      We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality industry professional to assume the position of Assistant Director of Operations & Facilities. As the Assistant Director of Operations & Facilities, you will assist in the coordination of the day to day facility operations (maintenance, plant operations, technical support and grounds, etc.).  Position is responsible for meeting client objectives, as well as staffing, scheduling, training and development of employees.



Ideal candidates will have 2 years experience in facilities mamagement, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance. As well as a bachelor's degree in an engineering dicipline. Must have the ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services.  Must be able to respond effectively to changing demands, and have strong organization and time management skills.
