ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER  II

 

Work Location ? Goose Creek Independent School District ? Baytown, TX

 

Work Experience:

3 years of experience in the construction industry on Commercial Facilities projects. K12 experience preferred.  Educational background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction. Quality Control, and Safety. Good communications and computer skills required. Familiarity with scheduling and project management software. P3 and Prolog preferred. Highly motivated with a desire to advance rapidly through the Construction ranks.

 

Duties of the position:

Working with the Program Manager and Project Managers on the oversight of cost, schedule, quality control, and safety on multiple K12 projects. Will work as an Assistant Project Manager on larger projects and as a Project Manager on smaller projects. Pre-Design thru Closeout.
