Associate Business Manager - Battery Management and Thermal Products Description:This individual will be responsible to implementing business unit's objective and strategies including working with Engineering, Sales, Finance and Manufacturing under Business Manager's direction. Specific responsibilities include:Develop strategies and penetrate key accounts to win designs by using field account managers, application engineers and distributor resources.Manage forecast, material start and backend supply to support on time delivery.Lead Marcom and merchandising activities to effectively promote the new release and existing products.Support and track customer samples and evaluation kits and direct internal and external application support to fulfill customer's requirements.Compile and update market information about application and solutions related to Business Unit's market and roadmap products.Support price quotes and follow up design win reports. Make necessary communication to capture up to date production orders.Provide necessary engineering support during development and production.Compile competitive analysis and follow up competition activities and strategy to identify advantages, disadvantages, market penetration and new technologies.Negotiate and process contract pricing for strategic accounts with appropriate account managers. Requirements:The ideal candidate must have a BSEE degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in Applications or Technical Marketing, MBA considered a plus.
