Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following skills and abilities. Other duties may be assigned.Perform assigned project development work. Interface with suppliers to achieve timely component and part specification and delivery. Recommend timely and effective design changes that will increase manufacturing and product performance efficiency, standardize parts, and lower design and manufacturing cost. Coordinate the activities of engineering services, laboratory, and model shop associates to achieve product/project objectives related to performance, safety, cost, quality, and reliability. Participate as an important member of a supply chain management and/or warranty team and provide technical assistance.


Associate degree in HVAC or related field.
Three to five years experience in the HVAC industry.
A desire to learn basic engineering design principles relating to HVAC.
