Associate Engineer II (Packaging)

This position is based in Madison and provides support for the Oscar Mayer business. This position will be responsible for managing multiple Packaging material develop growth and brand value programs within Oscar Mayer Category. This person will be responsible for leading for the development of package designs from concept to commercialization. This candidate will interface with all Kraft functions in the development and commercialization process with strong linkages to Product Development, Marketing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Willing to travel 30%
Minimum 2 years experience in Packaging Development
BS Packaging, Engineering(Chem or Mech)
Minimum 2 years experience in Food Industry
Ability to work on cross-functional teams
Packaging development/commercialization experience
Strong problem Solving skill
Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
