Avionics Customer Service Rep

This position is for a Customer Service Rep for Aerospace Company in Phoenix AZ.

Customer Service Rep in Call Center. Position requires constant interfacing with customers desiring to place, track or inquire about Honeywell's exchange and rental programs. Involves all aspects of order management including the ability to manage a high volume of phone, email, fax, and other electronic inquires. Must exercise patience and sound judgment, and display professionalism especially under pressure. The selected individual will have extensive interaction with external customers and internal departments.
