CAD Design Engineer

A progressive market leader is seeking a ?hands on? CAD Mechanical Designer. This position requires a high-energy professional that will work with design calculations and 3D CAD Models to develop conceptual layouts and machining drawings.

 

This person will work closely with machinist in the facility and customers in the field. The  will be responsible for  designing components such as flanges, piping systems, heat exchangers, compressions, seals and gaskets.


Will work with engineers to interpret design concepts, determine nature and type of required detailed drawings and coordinate work with others.

 

Compile data, determine materials needed and prepares cost estimates.

 

Insures design standards, quality requirements and manages field machining companies.
