RESPONSIBILITIES:Contract and direct positions available in Metro Detroit and outside of MichiganAnalysis and testing of automotive products, components, body structures or systemsUse CAE engineering tools to perform needed analysis and testing Work with other engineers to compare analysis results and make recommendations for improvements

 

REQUIREMENTS:BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplineMust be eligible to work in the US currently3-7 years of engineering experience with analysis and CAE/FEAExperience in the areas of NVH, durability, stress, optimization, crash or safetyExperience and proficiency with some of the following: NASTRAN, HyperMesh, Abaqus, Ansa, Madymo, PAM CRASH, LS-Dyna, LMS, Sysnoise or other CAE tools requiredMust have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team settingExperience with automotive engineering standards or NVH or FMVSS or QS-9000 or ISO-9001 or other automotive applications requiredFamiliarity with UNIX and PC platforms a mustMust be proficient with MS Office applicaitons
