CHEMICAL ENGINEER w/surface treating aluminum experience

Looking for a background in ANODIZING, SHOT PEENING and WASTE WATER TREATMENT

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

.....Minimum:
.....B.S. Chemical Engineering with 3-5 years experience
.....OR 5-7 years with a Chemistry or other Engineering degree
.....Support surface finishing of aluminum and other special process operations:
Type II Sulfuric Acid Anodize; Aluminum Chromate Conversion Coating; Waste Water Treatment;
Water Deionization; NADCAP certification and recertification

.....Preferred:
.....B.S. Chemical Engineering with 5-7 years experience in the support of
surface finishing operations
.....In addition to the processes mentioned above, experience with Fluorescent Penetrant
Non-Destructive Testing; Shot Peening processes.
.....Desirable  would be Heat Treatment of Steel and Paint

MANUFACTURING RESPONSIBILITES:
.....Documentation & procedures for compliance with environmental polices
.....Capital projects, justification & installation
.....Assure that chemical processes, equipment, tooling/fixturing & instructions are available for production
.....Quality improvement
.....Cost savings
.....Technical support for EH&S and minimization of hazardous waste - OSHA compliance, etc.
