CNC/EDM Technician

My customer is a very successful and busy custom injection molder who provide turn-key services from mold making through production for various markets, including automotive, medical, electronics and consumer industrial.

Here's another great opportunity for an experienced, talented CNC RAM EDM technician. 


 


Responsibilities include:


 


Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of all equipment associated with RAM EDM, including Charmilles Roboform 20 and other related equipment.

Responsible for the manufacturing of electrodes, utilizing a variety of manual machines, including Deckel LK Jig Grinder, surface grinder and any other related equipment.

Responsible for the inspection of all work.

Ability to read/interpret all forms of B/P’s and models

Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

Perfomss all related duties.


 Knowledge of Charmilles Roboform 200, 350 and Mastercam a plus.


 


 Only experience technicians will be considered!!!
