Qualifications

Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.

Skilled at completing audits of accounting records, internal control systems, and related procedures for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.

Skilled in working with accounting systems, analyzing information, and recommending adjustments.

Skilled at summarizing and analyzing information for budgeting revenues and expenses.

Skilled at tracking, analyzing information needed to accomplish financial objectives, and recommending appropriate adjustments.

Advanced experience using Excel, Word, or other applicable accounting and financial software to record or analyze financial information.

Skilled at analyzing causes of variances between actual and budgeted income and expenses.

Completes performance appraisals, gives feedback, develops employees.

Develops departmental policies, procedures, and workflows.

Manages processes to monitor and to maximize performance.

BA/BS DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING, FINANCE OR RELATED MAJOR
