Job Description

Software development and integration of algorithms for calibration subsystem of a multislice CT scanner.
Operation of CT scanner for the purpose of acquiring experimental data for calibration and image quality analysis.
Intranet website development for technical documentation.

Requirements

MATLAB software experience. Familiarity with vectorized mathematical expressions, cells, structures, and use of the profiler for code speed optimization. COM interface to MATLAB. Using DLL Libraries with the MCR Compiler. Graphical User Interface development (using GUIDE and uicontrol commands).

C/C++ software experience and C-MEX programming for MATLAB.

Website development, HTML coding, Java script, Perl, Microsoft Frontpage, LaTeX.

Software Version Control using ClearCase.

Understanding of Signal Processing, Trigonomentry, Physics and Mathematics.

Technical documentation experience. Microsoft Word, Equation Editor, PowerPoint. Able to demonstrate technical writing capabilities.

Good communication skills and initiative to interact with many people during the course of problem solving.
