d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc., is currently interviewing for Shift Managers/ Industrial Engineer freshouts that will work-with and supervise an hourly workforce. 

 

Required Education and/or ExperienceDuties include supervision of staff and assistance with inventory management systems for a 24/7 operation.  At least a Bachelor Degree with a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0.  Excellent problem resolution, strong math skills, strong Excel skills, process improvement, MS Word & Outlook, and communication skills are required.  Also, candidate must excel in working closely with clients and leading a diverse workforce.  Prior supervisory experience a plus.
