CVD Process Owner

As a CVD Process owner for IM flash Technologies you will be responsible for directing the sustaining/improvement efforts for Yield and Equipment performance for your process area.  You will monitor area critical metrics to ensure the area is operating efficiently. You will work with Equipment Engineers, Lead Engineers, shift engineers, shift technicians and Vendors to outline and execute plans for machine and process issues. You will work with Process Lead and Vendors on CIP. You will provide summaries of complex data sets and recommend process or hardware direction based on these data summaries.  You will provide feedback to Section Manager, Process Lead, Lead of Leads and other areas of the fab as issues arise.



Qualified candidates must have:

Must possess strong engineering knowledge of All CVD equipment and processes
Innovative and self-motivated
Advanced understanding of SPC
Good communication, documentation, attention to detail and organizational skills
Good analytical and data summary skills
Experience with the following apps preferred: JMP, Excel, and Power Point
Working knowledge of all Fab processes
Ability to design valid tests, SWR's, DOEs. Basic understanding of probe, param, and device theory
Working understanding of Yield, YE and RDA systems and analysis tools


Required Education:
You must have 6 months of Semiconductor Experience.


 


**Initial training will be conducted in Manassas, Virginia. Position will be located in Lehi, Utah.**
