#6061: Capital Projects Manager II:

Coordinates one or more phases of facilities modification and building projects from establishment of design concepts through design and implementation. Coordinates project requirements definition, and may participate in negotiation of contract and contract changes; establishes operating budgets and identification of financial terms/conditions of contract. Serves as contact for facilities project activities and leads project reviews of cost, schedule and technical performance. May establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans, budgets and schedules. Identifies problems and develops solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing scope.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent, and 5 plus years experience.
