Civil Engineer - Office Leader

Our client is a leader in the Carolinas and Georgia in providing a broad range of engineering, surveying, and planning services to public and private clients throughout the southeast. They are currently expanding their professional team in several disciplines. We are currently seeking a Professional Engineer to join this great company as the Office Manager/Lead Engineer for their Charlotte operations.

Qqualified candidates will have the following credentials:

4-year Engineering degree
Professional registration(s) preferred
8-15+ years of experience in Residential/Commercial Site?Development
Excellent client interface skills
Must have the ability to help lead and manage a technical team

This position requires that the individual work with local developers, permit regulators, as well as helping to leading the office?s technical staff. The client?s main focus in the Charlotte office is in developing 50+ lot subdivisions. The qualified individual will be responsible for managing the office and helping in business development to grow this regional office.
