Throughout California we are searching for candidates that are interested in the Sacramento, CA area.  We are currently seeking all levels of civil engineering members that make up a dynamic project management team to help service the booming residential land development market.  We are looking for sharp, motivated and responsive Civil Engineers in Training, Civil Engineers, Professional Engineers, and Civil Project Managers who are ready to hit the ground running by providing solutions to the residential land development sector, with their professionalism and expertise.

As a Project Manager, you will provide the following:

?  Full life cycle project management of residential land development projects from proposal to project closeout

?  Manage the operations of and coordinate the efforts with clients, municipalities, and project team members

?  Establish project criteria and develop project documentation

?  Monitor budgets, financial performance, timelines

?  Provide quality control and ensure that all project deliverables are satisfied

?  Supervise, mentor, motivate team members in all development & production phases

?  Build & maintain strong client relationships and communications

?  Sell & market the development of new projects

 

As a Civil Engineer, you will provide the following:

?  Assist the PM by overseeing residential design in land development that cover drainage, sewer, water, paving, grading & site layout

?  Assist PM with overall project coordination

 

As a Civil Engineer in Training, you will provide the following:

?  Provide design solutions for residential land development projects

?  Provide assistance in development of plans and construction documents

 

Requirements needed for a project team member:

?  Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering

?  Civil design experience

?  Proficient with AUTOCADD

?  Residential land development experience

?  EIT certification, PE license

?  Land Development project management experience or experience assisting the project
