Civil Engineer Water/Wastewater

We are seeking to immediately fill a technically-challenging position in our office in the East Bay of the San Francisco Area.  Our clients are primarily public agencies in Northern and Central California.  The company focuses on water,wastewater, and storm water planning, design, and construction management services.

 

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering.  A masters degree is a plus.  The candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and strong interpersonal, technical writing and presentation skills.  California P.E. or ability to obtain registration within one year is required.

 

Candidate will play a key role in various studies and designs for treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines and reservoirs, including both new and rehabilitation work.  Candidates modeling skills will be utilized in a wide variety of hydraulic modeling of water movement, including ground water, Storm water runoff, and water in pipes.

 

Candidate assignments will include interacting with clients and co-workers on both the project work and in business development.  Ideal candidate will be motivated to work independently, with limited supervision and be a team player.
