Civil Engineer(s) P.E. - Land/Site Development

The Project Engineer will plan, design and direct general civil/site projects including large scale land development projects from inception to completion.  Responsibilities and duties will include: supervision and oversight of engineering studies, design and plan production.  Perform project management duties including budgeting, invoicing, correspondence, etc.  Perform marketing related activities including proposals and client relations.

 5+ years experience in the design and permitting of civil/land development projects.  A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school is required.  Current FL P.E. certification or ability to acquire within 6 months is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to build relationships with clients.  Strong interpersonal skills to manage and coordinate project team members.
