LAS VEGAS:
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ? NV PE req. or ability to obtain within 6 months. Must have BSCE. Min. 8 years experience in the design of grading plans, water, sewer, roadway improvements, utilities, planning, zoning, mapping and coordination with local agencies for approvals. Must have a solid working knowledge in AutoCAD and Land Desktop. Experience with master planned communities highly desirable.
PROJECT MANAGERS ? NV PE req. or ability to obtain within 6 months. Must have BSCE. Min. 4 years experience in areas such as: the design of grading plans, water, sewer, roadway improvements, utilities, planning, zoning, mapping and coordination with agencies for approvals. WATER/WASTE WATER ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER/SR. ENGINEERING MANAGERS - NV PE req. or ability to obtain within 6 months. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in all facets of potable water and wastewater projects including large diameter pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, and sewage lift stations. Experience in master planning for water and sewer infrastructure for large communities helpful. Familiarity or experience in current versions of AutoCad/Land Desktop is preferred.
CIVIL DESIGNERS ? minimum of 3 years experience on land development projects or master planned communities. Must have a solid working knowledge in AutoCAD/Land Desktop. Must be knowledgeable with all varieties of design of site grading, roadway layout, underground utilities, geometric control/calculation, coordination, building and site systems, and building codes.
HYDROLOGY PROJECT MANAGER - Land development and public works experience in flood control engineering required. Working knowledge of discipline specific software (i.e., AutoCAD and Autodesk Land Desktop, HEC-1, HEC-2, and HEC-RAS) and familiarity with local ordinances are highly desired. Requires a minimum of 6 years experience in hydrology/hydraulics of which a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in the design of detention basins, storm drains, and open channel systems are highly desired. NV PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months. Position requires strong verbal and written skills.
CIVIL ENGINEERING INTERN - seeking qualified applicants with a minimum of 1-year experience in the design of land development projects, including residential subdivisions. A BSCE degree and EIT certificate are required. Knowledge of site grading, hydrology, subdivision mapping, and utility design/coordination will be helpful. A working knowledge of the current version of AutoCAD is essential.
SACRAMENTO:
PROJECT PLANNER - requires BS or BA in Planning, Geography, Landscape Architecture or related field with a minimum of 4 years experience. Candidates should have experience related to residential, mixed use and commercial site layouts, subdivision mapping, entitlement application preparation and processing, coordination with agency staff and in-house engineering and surveying staff. Autocadd skills required; Photoshop, Excel and traditional sketching/drawing skills are a plus!! If you have a portfolio of your work, please include it with your cover letter.
