Three exclusive tri-state area (Phila, S & N Jersey and Del) civil engineering powerhouse firms need several PE candidates to be groomed for their Business Development Management Program and their PE Intense Mentor Training Program.

 

Company needs BS C Eng (PE) who have a strong Site Development Eng, Highway, Bridge, Municipal or Structural background and want an opportunity to be cross trained (site, highway, structure, municipal, etc) to be groomed to run a satellite office.  Company needs the Visionary Civil Engineer who needs to be challenged and wants a fast track to running their own office.

 

We are also seeking several BSCE (EIT?s) with site development, highway or municipal engineer who wants to be a mentor 3 or 4 of the best PE?s in this area.

 

These Civil Engineering firms have decided to groom their engineers because they are in 5-10 years expansion programs in opening new offices etc.
