Position Title: Landscape Architect

 

Position Qualifications: The Landscape Architect I possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture along with 0 - 2 years experience working in land planning, subdivision and land development, specifically, landscape design projects is required.  A design and construction background, as well as the understanding of municipal review and approval process is preferred.  Experience in reviewing Municipal Ordinances and preparing development review applications is also preferred.  Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD, strong presentation graphics, Land Development Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite is required.  The Landscape Architect I is a team player possessing strong oral and written communication skills and relevant design experience.  This position requires travel to job sites, meetings and regional offices as necessary.  The Landscape Architect I has the legal right to work in the U.S.

Position Title: Land Development CADD Tech

 

Position Qualifications: The Land Development CADD Technician I possesses zero to two years experience.  If candidate has an Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design, only one year of experience is required.  Qualifications include previous civil and municipal, or related, engineering experience.  The Land Development CADD Technician I has working knowledge of AutoCAD Land Development Desktop, Civil Design and Survey Software, and CAD concepts.  The Land Development CADD Technician I possesses basic knowledge of computers; basic knowledge of geometry, trigonometry and math; basic drafting skills; understanding of drafting software and CAD concepts; and the ability to read, interpret and draft plans, profiles, cross sections and details.  The Land Development CADD Technician I is a team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills.  This position requires travel to job sites, meetings, and regional offices as necessary.  The Land Development CADD Technician I has the legal right to accept permanent employment in the U.S.
