The Optical Systems Lab is currently seeking to fill a Commercialization Engineer position.? This individual is responsible for conducting defined projects with existing Commercialization Teams in Optical Systems Division using Commercialization and Design for Six Sigma tools and methodologies.? The Engineer will gain exposure to commercialization projects in various phases of implementation with the goal of applying this learning in practice.

A Bachelor of Science - Engineering degree is required.?

?

This position is a two-year assignment; it will consist of a series of rotational assignments on commercialization projects.? At the completion of this two-year assignment, the Engineer will be prepared to take on greater responsibilities in OSD commercialization projects.

The Engineer will report to a manager.? However, work direction may come from other sources, including the cross-functional commercialization team members.
