Position:  Compliance Engineer

Location:  San Jose CA

 

Compliance Engineer. Major duties and responsibilities include:

 - Managing product Compliance & Regulatory testing NRTL laboratory.

 - Performing internal pre-compliance testing.

 - Writing EMC test plans and procedures for internal and external compliance testing.

 - Coordinating testing schedule and prepare test equipment setup.

 - Compiling and reviewing TCF report and Declaration of Conformity

 - Monitor testing process and disseminate test results to R&D for compliance testing troubleshooting

 - Provide and implement solution to resolve EMI related failure.

 Must have  BSEE plus minimum 3 years of EMC testing experience or related engineering experience. Must have experience with Regulatory/Compliance standards such as FCC, IEC, UL, NEBS, FDA. Must have experience with PCB level EMC design as well as EMC enclosure design. Must be able to work in a team environment of multiple disciplines.
