Computer/Software Engineer

We design and manufacture aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft and are a major supplier for international space programs. Our industrial products serve industries ranging from hydrocarbon, chemical and food processing to construction and mining.

Design, implement, & support software used for advanced real - time Simulation and Automatic Test Equipment applications using the C/C++ programming languages on various UNIX operating systems ( Linux, SunOS, LynxOS, etc.).
Generate and maintain software documentation and change requests.
Provide direct support to our internal customers.


BSEE / BSCE, or a BSCS with emphasis on technical UNIX applications.

2 to 8 years experience including:
Thorough understanding of UNIX & POSIX API (`9s for inter-process communication, shared-memory, multi-threading, and scheduling.
C/C++ development of multi - threaded applications on UNIX platforms
Understanding of behavioral simulation for both desktop development and Hardware-in-the-Loop test stands.
Strong interpersonal skills & customer focus.


Additional experience will be helpful in the following areas:
UNIX System Administration
UNIX Device Driver development
Hardware / software integration testing
Understanding of C/C++ development of multi - threaded applications in Windows.
