Currently, Hubbell Lighting is seeking an experienced Configuration Engineer to join our growing Engineering team. In this position the Configuration Engineer will work closely with product design and factory production engineers in the creation and restructuring of reconfigured  bills of material and routings, develop and test product configuration rules within SAP, review and update costing information associated with configured products. They will also work closely with Customer Service and Quotations to design and optimize how configured items will be entered through the quotes and order entry modules of SAP.

 

Requirements for this job include: Experience with a product configuration tool in both the order entry and shop floor areas; Working with bills of material and routings;  Ability to work with people at all levels within the organization; SAP experience; 2 year Engineering degree preferred; 2-4 years industry experience.
