Construction Administrator

CDI is currently looking for a Contract Administrator in Hicksville, NY.? Business diploma or Quantity Surveyor course of study. Three to five years experience in construction contract administration, defense of supplier claims and preparation of claims against suppliers.Very high oral and written skills.? Very good expression of contractual conditions and preparation of arguments in support of the claims process.
Very good interpersonal skills and power-of-persuasion when dealing in adversarial situations.? Good team-building skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
