Job Description:

Write Scopes of work for all instrumentation and building management system (BAS), work with contracts department to ensure award. Manage subcontractor work schedules, meetings submittal, change orders, quality, codes & specs compliance, will work together w/discipline superintendent to ensure above, will ensure daily reports are submitted and filed by subcontractor, review and approve periodic monthly payments. Review and confirm progress reports with progress lead, prepare summary reports for each subcontractor.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree,  electrical engineering field a Plus.
10 plus years minimum experience a MUST
Computer literate
Able to work on weekends and overtime as needed
Knowledge of GMP practices
Fully Bilingual English & Spanish (read, write & Speak)
